Monster Emitter

Monster Emitter is a Custom Block behavior, currently only available through the Console Command 'setname monsteremitter'. They spawn a hostile Zombie once every 15 seconds. Other players are unable to place, see, or delete this block type. However, the collision model of 1m^3 remains.
